Edificio IDS Córdoba

Edificio IDS Córdoba, located in front of the Círculo de la Amistad, is a traditionalist building from the early 20th century. Given the building's façade, the unique works carried out have allowed for the complete renovation of the building under the highest quality standards in terms of comfort and sustainability, to create a four-star boutique hotel with 45 rooms and high-quality amenities, operated by the HOTUSA hotel chain.

Likewise, the hotel enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Cordoba, between the City Hall and the Roman Temple, on the one hand, and the Plaza de las Tendillas, on the other, in a lively commercial area very close to the city's main tourist attractions, such as the aforementioned Roman Temple and the Mosque-Cathedral.

This leasing operation is part of the strategy adopted by Grupo Insur when it approved its 2016–2020 Strategic Plan, which aims to adapt tertiary assets to new uses, thereby improving its asset portfolio and diversifying the uses offered.
